1. Players will receive offer cards & emails/SMS regarding special offers if they are eligible. Players need to check their ‘My Offers’ page for details, as often these offers are only valid for a specific period.

2. For offers that require a deposit to be made, the deposit has to be made within 20 hours from the offer card being credited to the players’ ‘My Offers’ page, unless stated otherwise.

18. If players knowingly attempt to circumvent Expekt’s systems by using a virtual private network connection to participate in jackpots, which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, they shall be deemed to have breached these T&Cs. Expekt reserves the right to withhold all winnings or deposits made.

19. If, despite the fact that players are residents in a country in which gambling is illegal, players participate in jackpots, which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, Expekt shall retain the right to withhold all winnings and deposits.

General Sports Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Free Bet Terms & Conditions

1. Free Bets cannot be split and/or divided. A Free Bet must be used in one instance and in its entirety unless otherwise stated.

2. Any returns from a Free Bet are paid exclusive of the stake, for example: if you backed a selection at 2/1 (3.0) with a €10 Free Bet, your winnings would be €20.

3. Any unused Free Bets will expire after seven (7) days of being applied to a customer’s account, unless otherwise stated.

4. Free Bets are not withdrawable.

5. Free Bets cannot be cashed out.

Profit Boost Terms & Conditions

1. Profit Boost Extra Winnings will be paid as cash to the customer’s account.

2. Cashed out bets do not qualify for this offer.

3. Profit Boost winnings are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0) and a player has a 25% Boost, the player will receive odds of 5/2 (3.5)

4. Profit boosts placed on bets that are made void will not be paid out as winners and players will not get the Profit Boosts re-instated.

5. All Profit Boosts have a maximum stake that can be placed as well as a maximum limit on the extra amount that can be won. These vary and depend on the specific offer.

Matched Free Bets Terms & Conditions

1. Qualifying Bets must be placed with real money.

Sport Cash Bonus Terms

1. The Sports Cash Bonus Terms apply to all registered Expekt players, and who have selected the Sport Cash Bonus.

2. The Sports Cash Bonus shall be available until further notice or unless specified otherwise.

3. To be eligible to claim the Sports Cash Bonus, players must wager cash on Expekt Sport at minimum odds of 1.8 (4/5) in order to convert the Sports Cash Bonus to cash. The cash is then added to the players’ wallet, and can be wagered or withdrawn by the players at any time.

4. Bets placed on Casino/Live Casino verticals will not count towards the wagering requirements for the Sports Cash Bonus.

5. Voided bets, canceled bets, cashed out bets or bets that are counted as push bets will not count towards the wagering requirement.

6. If players make a deposit in a currency other than the currency available in the respective market at that time, it may be affected by the fluctuating exchange rate that is decided by Expekt. Depending on the payment provider and/or bank, players may also be charged a conversion fee.

7.
