Non-accessible content

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of this Website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for this Website:

1. ARIA Landmarks: Some pages do not yet include appropriate ARIA landmark roles, which can make it more difficult for screen reader users to understand and navigate the structure of the page. We plan to address this throughout 2025.

2. Text Scaling: Some elements on our site do not yet fully support text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. We aim to improve this by the end of 2025.

3. Text Spacing: In certain areas, custom text spacing settings (such as increased line height or letter spacing) may cause layout or readability issues. We plan to make the necessary adjustments during 2025.

4. Responsive Orientation: Some pages are not yet fully optimized for both portrait and landscape orientations on mobile devices, which may impact usability for some users. This will be addressed over the course of 2025.

5. Keyboard Shortcuts: Some keyboard shortcuts using single character keys may be triggered unintentionally, particularly for users relying on speech recognition or assistive technologies. We plan to improve this during 2025.

6. Forms and Error Feedback: Some forms on our site do not yet provide sufficient labels, instructions, or clear error messages, which may make them difficult to use with assistive technologies. We are working to improve form accessibility by ensuring all fields are properly labeled, errors are clearly communicated, and users are supported in correcting mistakes. These improvements will be made throughout 2025.

7. Apps: We are currently working on the accessibility needs inline with our native apps and there is potential for mis-match in what is delivered, but our intent is to improve this and update the native apps during 2025.
